I have tried other fish oils and capsules and kept getting getting that awful fishy taste in my mouth. As someone with a sensitive stomach I have had no problems with the Barleans Lemon Fish Oil. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has a sensitive stomach like me and has to be careful what they eat.

I have tried this product, the Strawberry Flax oil one (also good) and Boots own and Haliborange fish oil capsules.

I had a lot of trouble getting my kids to eat the orange tasting Boots & Haliborange capsules but none at all getting them to slurp this stuff.

In fact I have had to put it high up otherwise they would drink the whole lot at once. Can also be added to milk to make a milkshake which the kids really like as well.

Cannot recommend it enough, although it is expensive. But you get what you pay for. (Posted on 21/04/2009)
